A Red Circle Arts

               A Red Circle Arts is one of the Five Focus Areas of A Red Circle Non-Profit Organization, coordinated by Jessica D. Johnson AAS. We currently operate out of, and serve in, North St. Louis County Missouri. We are a team of driven and inspired creatives who stand for black empowerment through art and creativity. Our five-year mission is to help our community achieve a quality of life that is worth maintaining, using a practice called Art-Based Placemaking, a.k.a. Creative Placemaking. Wellbeing is important and is deserved to all the members of our community and the world. Art and creativity have proven to help make this happen!          

Art in the Garden

               The Healthy Community Market and the North County Agricultural Education Center are both part of a larger effort to bring healthier food and nutrition awareness into the community. Art at the Gardens is a community-based project that aims assist A Red Circle and partners in raising that awareness! Volunteers who sign up, will help us create art kits for participants of the market. In addition, volunteers will also create decorations for, and plant flowers at, the gardens.

               You know the old saying, “teamwork makes the dream work!” We are looking to partner with individuals and organizations, who share our values and have similar missions. We meet once a month via Google Meet to network, connect, set up events, establish roles, check up on each other, learn and share about other movements, and meet new people.
