Choosing Resilience Over Hate and Hardship This Spring

2025 is undoubtedly proving to be a packed year in so many ways. Since January, an
unrelenting administration in Washington D.C. has pushed many Americans to their wits end
with overwhelming threats that impact emotional, spiritual and financial stability. From harmful
executive actions that undermine workforce dynamics and cut funding for vulnerable
communities to the call for mass deportation efforts and mounting national security concerns,
we’re shouldering the backlash of self-serving forces who willfully work against the best interest
of working people.

Despite the current unhealthy political landscape, A Red Circle remains intentional about
choosing resilience over hate and hardship this spring. We have so much to be thankful for,
including a visionary leader, dedicated team and supporters like you who inspire positive, lasting
change.

Growing Season is Here
Spring has inspired a different kind of growth, too. As agricultural enthusiasts, we’re excited for
this period of time when the conditions bring fertile grounds and food/plant growth. Warmer
weather and sufficient rainfall help us prepare for equitable investment in community wellness
initiatives, like Art in the Garden and our upcoming Campaign for the North County Community
Nexus, to provide better access to nutritious foods and creative energies.

Give STL Day
With ample opportunities underway to enrich North St. Louis County, A Red Circle is happy to have raised over three times our goal for last week’s Give STL Day! This memorable event was designed to honor and financially anchor nonprofits who are making a difference in the St. Louis region. We thank our supporters for their care, dedication and thoughtfulness.

Together, let’s continue to walk good and work for a brighter future!
